Unfortunately, the customer's account above could not be farther from the truth. We pride ourselves here on communication (something our many other satisfied customers and 5-star reviews can attest to), and despite assuring this customer that their deadline would be met and the wands delivered in a timely fashion, we were bombarded with nearly daily emails demanding progress reports and questions that had already been answered several times. It became clear to us that no there was no satisfying this customer, and therefore a full refund was made, despite the fact that we had already done half the work for their order.
